Visit any branch in person

For:

​All patients — new and returning

You need:

ID, medical aid card (if applicable)

Wait time:

Usually 15–45 minutes

Services:

GP, urgent care, women's/men's health

Choose the option that works best for you  both offer the same quality care

Telehealth (Virtual)

Video or phone consultation

For:

Existing Myclinic patients only

You need:

Previous visit, booking via portal

Best for:

Follow-ups, repeat prescriptions

What Happens When You Arrive

A simple, step-by-step guide for first-time and returning patients

Arrive & Check In

Walk in during opening hours. No need to call ahead, just come through and approach reception.

Registration

First-time patients: Fill in a short registration form. Returning patients: Just update and confirm your details.

Triage and waiting

We'll call your name when a clinician is ready. Wait time is usually 15–45 minutes depending on the day and time.

See the clinician

The clinician will listen, examine, diagnose, and advise. Ask any questions you have,  this is your time.

Collect Prescription / Referral

If needed, you'll receive a prescription or referral letter before you leave. Take it to any pharmacy or with you for continuity of care with the specialist referral.
